UX-design for SAS

Scandinavian Airlines is the second largest airline in Scandinavia in terms of passengers. Headquartered at the SAS Frösundavik Office Building in Solna, the airline operates 182 aircraft to 90 destinations.

In 2014 SAS started their journey of digital transformation, redesigning all digital touchpoints. Ayond entered the project at the end of 2015 and has helped SAS Digital Design to do user research, create koncepts, wireframes and prototypes for their new website that launched winter 2016. Two of the biggest tasks ayond helped out with was SAS Loyalty program EuroBonus and the upsell koncept for ancillaries.
